When musicians, singers or producers pass away, their recordings keep being broadcast and streamed. The remuneration for that often goes unclaimed because nobody registers it. We check what is still outstanding for heirs — and recover it.
The problem
Anyone who played, sang on or produced sound recordings earns money through collective management organisations such as GVL (Germany), SENA (Netherlands) or PPL (UK) whenever those recordings are broadcast, played in public or privately copied. After a death this income often stops quietly: registrations are incomplete, new broadcasts are no longer claimed, foreign income never arrives. And what isn't claimed in time is lost.
Typical findings: recordings that were demonstrably broadcast but never claimed; rejected claims that can be corrected; foreign income that was never applied for; payments that go nowhere after the death.

Most heirs don't — that is what the scan is for. Anyone who performed on or produced sound recordings is entitled to remuneration from radio, TV, public performance and private copying. These claims pass to the heirs, but they are only paid out if someone registers and proves them.
The scan is a one-off €149 including VAT. If you then engage us for the recovery, the €149 is credited in full against our first commission. Without an engagement you keep the report and can take it from there yourself.
Purely on success: a percentage commission on amounts actually paid out to you. The rate depends on the size and age of the backlog and is typically between 15 and 25%. No payout, no commission.
