This Founder Circle opportunity allows us to scale operations, expand inventory, and execute high-impact marketing campaigns during the critical 2026 spring/summer season.

Is this legally structured? +
Yes. This is a silent loan structure (partiarisches Darlehen), legally binding under German law. Each investor receives a formal loan agreement with clear terms, repayment schedule, and interest rates. Beat Box GmbH is the contracting entity.
When will I receive my returns? +
First repayment begins in Q3/Q4 2026 (July-October), with staggered repayments over 6-9 months. This timeline aligns with our seasonal business cycle, when revenue peaks during the spring and summer camping season. An early repayment bonus of +2% applies if full repayment occurs earlier than planned.
What are the risks? +
As with any investment, there are risks. DefenderDrivers operates in a seasonal market, dependent on consumer spending and weather conditions. However, the business has proven resilience with an established customer base, physical showroom, and diverse revenue streams through the Beat Box GmbH structure. The loan is unsecured but backed by assets and inventory.
Can I visit the Hamburg showroom? +
You can meet us anytime! Until March, the team is in Lapland at the Arctic Circle creating content, where you're warmly invited to join us for a snowmobile tour. Otherwise, we encourage potential investors to schedule a video call with founder Jens Rose, or visit us at the Hamburg showroom from April onwards.
What happens to Founder Benefits if I am international? +
All financial terms apply regardless of location. Physical experiences (Lapland Trip, Campfire Weekend) can be attended in person, or you'll receive equivalent value in store credit/discounts. Digital benefits (Founder Badge, group access, social features) are fully accessible globally.
How does the DefenderDrivers Story Feature work? +
We create professional content posts about you and your Defender, shared across our channels with 1M+ followers. You send us photos and your story, we create 4 high-quality posts (Silver) or 8 posts (Gold) distributed over 6 months. You also receive all content for your own use.
