This Founder Circle opportunity allows us to scale operations, expand inventory, and execute high-impact marketing campaigns during the critical 2026 spring/summer season.

Why community funding instead of a bank loan? +

Banks don't understand overlanding communities. They see social media followers as "nice to have," not as the valuable asset they are. More importantly: we don't want anonymous capital – we want partners who believe in what we're building and benefit directly from the growth. Community-funded means community-aligned. Our Founders aren't just investors; they're our most valuable customers, ambassadors, and feedback partners. That's worth more than a bank's money.

Is this legally structured? +

Yes. This is a silent loan structure (partiarisches Darlehen), legally binding under German law. Each investor receives a formal loan agreement with clear terms, repayment schedule, and interest rates. Beat Box GmbH is the contracting entity.

When will I receive my returns? +

First repayment is planned for Q3/Q4 2027 (July-October), with staggered repayments over 6-9 months. This timeline aligns with our seasonal business cycle and allows the business sufficient runway for growth. Returns are targeted, not guaranteed – as with any investment, actual results depend on business performance. An early repayment bonus of +2% applies if full repayment occurs earlier than planned.

What are the risks? +

Important: This is an entrepreneurial investment with real risks, including potential total loss of capital. DefenderDrivers operates in a seasonal market, dependent on consumer spending and economic conditions. There is no deposit insurance or guarantee. However, the business has proven resilience with 5+ years of profitable operations, an established customer base, physical showroom, and diverse revenue streams through the Beat Box GmbH structure. We recommend only investing amounts you can afford to lose.

Absolutely! We encourage potential investors to schedule a video call with founder Jens Rose. In-person meetings are also possible by arrangement.

What happens to Founder Benefits if I am international? +

All terms apply regardless of location. Your membership benefits work digitally. Silver Founders receive their experience discounts on international bookings too. Digital benefits (Founder Badge, group access, social features) are fully accessible globally.
